More TestimonialsI have been a resident at Springvale Apartments for fifteen years. I currently live in a one bedroom, first floor unit with open patio which affords me a relaxing space to take advantage of the beautiful evening sunsets overlooking the Hudson River.
I find Springvale to be a very safe environment with friendly and helpful neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are available 24-7 and always willing to help from taking care of the beautiful grounds, collecting trash and recycles weekly to plowing walks and parking spaces in the winter. Staff is always available for repairs in my apartment if and when needed. Laundry facilities are available and easily accessible and local bus transportation handy if needed.
I am looking forward to many more happy years at Springvale.

Springvale is located in Westchester County, New York, on some of the most desirable real estate in the country. Overlooking the Hudson River in the Town of Cortlandt, the Springvale community includes 31 buildings sitting on 35 acres of park-like grounds with river views and old growth trees.
Our garden apartments, with private entrances, offer residents opportunities for social interaction, quiet leisure, and personal privacy. Beautiful Oscawana Park hiking trails are located adjacent to the Springvale property. Many of our residents explore the remains of the McAndrews Estate, a grand 75 acre estate inside of Oscawana Park.

Springvale Apartments provides spacious public rooms in which to gather, including “The Barn,” a beautiful activities center, consisting of an activities room with a library, large screen TV, comfortable seating and kitchen, computer desk and an exercise studio.
Public bus stops are located throughout the grounds in Springvale.
Springvale provides free bus transportation for shopping every Tuesday and Friday, and offers transport to local houses of worship on Sunday.
