Springvale Apartments has one type of studio apartment available for adults 55 years of age and older. All apartments have their own private entrances.

Type H Studio

Studio apartments are located on the terrace level in the back of the buildings at Springvale. There is no separate bedroom in this apartment.  It has a half-walled partition running through the middle of the apartment. It also has a full walk-in closet in the back of the apartment.
