Springvale Apartments has three types of two bedroom apartments available for adults 55 years of age and older. All apartments have their own private entrances.
Type D
A small two bedroom located on the terrace level, corners only. It is the same layout as the Type G one bedroom, only it is divided into two small bedrooms.
Type E
The larger of the two bedrooms and is the same layout as the Type A one bedroom, but has an extra bedroom facing the front of the building. Located in buildings 12, 14, 17, 20, 24, and 25, first and second floor, no corner units.
Type F
The same layout as Type E but the bedrooms are facing the back of the building. Located in buildings 12, 14, 17, 20, 24, and 25, first and second floor, no corner units.
