Springvale Apartments has two types of efficiency apartments available for adults 55 years of age and older. All apartments have their own private entrances.
Type C
The standard efficiency unit found in buildings 10, 27, 28, 29, and 30. The Type C efficiency consists of a combination living and sleeping area, separate kitchen, and separate bath. First and second floor only.
Tenants in the Type C efficiencies on the second floor share a common entrance.
Type I
An Efficiency apartment located on the terrace level in the back of the building. They are located in buildings 27, 28, 29, and 30. In this apartment you have a small kitchen at the entrance; from there you have your living and your sleeping area which is located at the back of the apartment with a separate bath.
