Springvale Apartments has three different types of one bedroom apartments available for adults 55 years of age and older. All apartments have their own private entrances.
Type A One Bedroom
A standard one bedroom apartment located throughout the complex and is available on the first and second floor only.
Type B One Bedroom
The same as the Type A, except that it is 3 feet narrower and will only be found in buildings 8 and 9, first and second floor only.
Type G One Bedroom
Exactly like a Type D two bedroom, but it has one large bedroom instead of two smaller ones, and is located on the terrace level on the corners of the building.
